Frequently Ted talks are part of my video viewing. Instead of mindless viewing of fluff, it always seems better to watch things that are funny, informative, and inspiring. It made me think more about the long term outcome of decision making and how it relates to my overall happiness factor. Do we really know what choice is the best for now and in the future? Where does your happiness come from?

Visual arts and bicycle riding has become increasingly important to my well being in an emotional, mental, and physical aspect.
